Installing APK To SD Card Android

i got a cheap android phone on black friday last year for 18nzd free shipping to mess around its running andoid 9.0 go

the only downside is the internal storage is only 4gb most of that is taken up by the os so there is less then 400mb free space after i removed the app store

around December last year i bought a 32gb sd card for 7.50nzd i have now installed it as the internal memory

it works fine and games and app install to the sd card fine only problem if the apk requires obb files when i launch the game and it downloads the required files or an update it says i have to free up some space i have more then enough space

what can i do?
