I came across this today its by a chap in Chile, I found it very interesting and thought I would share the link. Particuarly good on transformer winding.

a weber ? .very good he managed to do a tutorial on xformers without a drawing.i do like his 20 amp power supply.

I got a trial subscription to Elektor and so far, I've found this guys website much more interesting than that darn useless magazine :-p
