Has anyone tried this PCB fabrication service before?
Futurlec
http://www.futurlec.com/PCBService.shtml
Well, the quality of the PCB the company provides may not be excellent, but the cost is relatively cheap (see attached image). The delivery cost is about USD9.00. Total cost is about GBP65.
Or, do you know any company which offers better price?

Yes, I have ordered a few boards from Futurlec, here is a picture of the latest one. The customer service can be a bit variable at times - you might need to prod them a bit to get your order. But I have been quite satisfied with the quality of the boards.

Just send through the Eagle .brd file, no need to muck around with gerbers. It might not be a bad idea to send through some documentation detailing board size, material, layers, etc. Although most of the info they need is on the quote screen.
