Legal in what sense? The official FCC database is here https://www.fcc.gov/oet/ea/fccid

I have not compared, but I assume that this site is either scrapping the info, or just straight up doing lookups on the official site. Neither is illegal, but I see no point to doing that.

Asking if it's legal, because it's showing internal, external and test reports of the device.

Many of those are public.

Only in some cases can confidentiality be applied.

huh, surprised they bother with FCC for some kind of mining product: https://fccid.io/2A3CX-FN2804172

Lots of weird stuff in there.

It may be a side gig to a scraping effort that was part of an open source business intelligence gathering tool. You can tell quite a lot about what a potential competitor is up to by following their FCC filings. People have scooped news stories this way before.
Anybody got a syringe I can use to squeeze the magic smoke back into this?

I think the comment was about the need to file for FCC for some strange hat on top of RPi4. But I guess you have to if you want to sell it in any sort of quantity.

The site itself is pointless, all that info is published on the FCC site anyway.  There is no new intel gathered here.

And FCC allows for a non-disclosure period, you just have to request it along with the filing. So if FCC leaks stuff for you, you only have yourself to blame.
