Based on replies emails that I've had with RS, I'm in the process of attempting to verify my understanding that... Where the RS website states "2 in stock for delivery in 1 working days" that actually means "2 in stock for delivery in 4-7 working days, if you are lucky" I find that surprising, disappointing, and a little difficult to believe. I'm currently attempting to find out whether that is correct. I'll let people know what I've misunderstood, if anything. For the avoidance of doubt, I fully accept that the current supply chain problems are outside RS's control. I don't accept that RS's internal systems shouln't accurately state the extent of those problems. |
