At the end of May Huawei announced a new chip architecture called LogicFolding:

Well, I think it's not new in terms of applied technology. Engineering shorter paths yields faster results,
Take for example Cerebras 900,000 core cpu (wafer). Pathing is 2d, but if they stacked sets of cores they could essentially gain speed because paths are shorter. nSec starts to count when workloads get heavy/big.

I think that's what the vid is showing.
