is there a 6 pin flat plug to 10 pin 5 x 2 for a Pickit2 reader

is there such a 6 pin flat plug to 10 pin 5 x 2 for a Pickit2 reader as per pic , so i can program a chip with the PICIT2 programmer , please help, and thankyou for any help

Yes; look for Microchip AC164110

But expect to pay a lot for what is basically a cable with 6 wires between a pin header and a RJ11 socket. I made one myself on veroboard for probably 1$ and 5min of my time.
