Rest assured that, if you wear this cap, your head will not be damaged by radio transmissions. (Just as it won't if you do not wear this cap...)

My favorite claim in that ebay listing is: "The inner protective fiber works effectively in both directions." So if you happen to have a radiating head, this cap will protect your family and neighbors from your emissions.  :palm:
