Wi(reless) Charge(ing) with laser beams [bullshit alert]

I've just come across this weird product: http://www.wi-charge.com/
The company claims that their devices are able to charge multiple devices wirelessly with laser beams emitted from a device mounted on the ceiling.

Their high-end model is said to be capable of delivering 2.5 Watts of power with class 1 lasers, which are certified to have a max. emission power of 1mW (http://www.wi-charge.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/SII-Certificate.pdf)
I guess, they're using some 'Batteriser'-technology

It seems this gadget has been around for a couple of years without much interest and that particular video was uploaded twelve months ago, I wonder how many dogs and cats went blind during their testing.

i must admit, i only searched for 'wi charge' in this forum and didn't find anything. but yeah, it is nothing new
