After watching this, the 1st thing pop out in my mind is about tight controlled spot metal joining/welding or even soldering maybe ?  :-//

Would possibly have applications for self destruct in military electronics like IFF boxes. Instead of blowing up the whole unit, more selectively destroy the chips containing the data, with less operator hazard.

Of course once you have the thermite slurry you could just screen print it.

Struggling to think of applications for this - maybe a lower-end substitute for exploding bolts?

Mike's Electric Stuff: High voltage, vintage electronics etc.

Apart from destructive uses like above example, here another one, print close to a spark gap, and if an enough energy and arcing happened across the gap, it will ignite the "ink" and instantly acts as a welder to weld to metal surfaces.

Sort of automatic sealing two metal joints, say for security purpose as the thermite burning temperature can meld metals.

Problem is not sure where or what situation needs this.  :-DD
