What about Australia?
I want to use it for my PSU projects.
At the moment I'll have to use Pozzible.

I looked at the terms and conditions on Kickstarter. Nothing has changed, you still need to be US citizen with a US social security number, a US driving license, and a US credit card.
There are a few Oz people on Kickstarter, but they clearly must have someone in the US listing it for them.
Same for NZ I'm sure.

I guess that sometime it's just not worth paying legal agencies thousands of dollars to bring a product to a country. It has happened a lot of times, but I think Australia is big enough to have a good market, unless lawyers are very expensive down under  ;D.

Weird. Your correct, but there are these listed on therehttp://www.kickstarter.com/discover/cities/western-springs-nzl?ref=home_location which are definitely New Zealand based.

I got all excited when I found these, but the Guidelines definitively say
Code: [Select]
Eligibility requirements

To be eligible to start a Kickstarter project, you need to satisfy the requirements of Amazon Payments:

You are 18 years of age or older.
You are a permanent US resident with a Social Security Number (or EIN).
You have a US address, US bank account, and US state-issued ID (driver’s license).
You have a major US credit or debit card.

How annoying.

"all creators must meet Amazon Payments’ eligibility requirements" so when you make Amazon Payments
(Amazon Seller Central) happy i'm sure you can start project, no matter where you from.
I don't want to be human! I want to see gamma rays, I want to hear X-rays, and I want to smell dark matter ...
I want to reach out with something other than these prehensile paws and feel the solar wind of a supernova flowing over me.
