Hi Guys,
I am going back to electronics after 10 year break. I do have soldering station (937+, hakko clone) but I'd love to have T12 KSGER. I am tempted to buy kit without PSU since this part has its serious security issues. I'd just use some lenovo 20V PSU.
Considering this setup, what about ESD security? Sure I can connect tip to ground via 1Mom resistor. But what about leakage current?
Or should I use PSUs outer part of barrel plug as ground for tip?
