Large Corporate Company Assessment Days - Tips Wanted!

Hi all,
I was very gratefully confirmed for a place on an "Assessment Centre Day" at a large aerospace company, this morning. The day will include group activities, individual interviews, tours etc...Now I have watched all of Dave's job interview tips and successfully put many of them into practice in recent interviews. Does anyone have any tips tailored more specifically to this kind of interview? Bearing in mind it is for a graduate position. I REALLY want to impress them!

Time:
Cater to the position you are seeking.  I currently accepted a job with the aeronautics division of the 2nd largest defense contractor in their primary R&D division.  I was careful to cater exactly what they were looking for in the position by molding my resume and writing an ethusiastic cover letter.  I got an interview and it was the most technical interview I have ever been to.  They had every publication I had been part of, ready to ask questions.  They were very interested in details from my resume and CV that I did not expect so make sure you actually do know what you say you know! 

Unfortunately I have not yet watched Dave's job interview tips but my biggest tip is to try and shake any nervousness and keep your head clear.  Get some sleep, eat a healthy meal, and be confident.

Just an update..I have now been presented with two online "psychometric" exams in verbal and numerical reasoning.... I have looked at the very limited practise paper and I can safely say it looks like the biggest load of *insert word here* ever! I see no relevance to a real job at all. Its a case of how quickly you can read and use a calculator. Nearly all of the questions seemed to be designed to trip you up!

Oh, fark how I hate those!
They'll probably have other psych personality exams too.
Sounds like a company to avoid actually, unless you don't mind living in Dilbert land.
