LED Sourcing? 2mm X 5MM X 7mm VF-12v to 14V

Looking for a place to get 2mm X 5mm X 7mm Rectangular led's with Integrated Resistor for Forward Voltage of 12-14V in White, Red, and Blue?

Tried some usual sources Mouser, Digikey, Etc. no luck.

Found

Yellow?

Could always hit the chinese market aliexpress.com Not sure what they have for this purpose.
