Multiple sources seem to say it is a SCAM site.

thanks its just so hard to find sites that take skrill

If it was me, I'd avoid SKRILL for that very reason.
I.e. I'd try and stick to cash, normal banking transfers, credit cards (VERY trustworthy things, e.g. Digikey/Mouser etc) or Paypal.

i do surveys online and get payed really well but they only pay to skirll now :(

I see, that makes sense.

As blueskull suggests, hopefully there is a more direct/legitimate way of extracting the money.
