One panel is 550 cm2, and the price is interesting.
It's about 98 euro, that means 0.18 euro per cm2.
Adding custom duties (in Italy about 20-22 %) will bring this to 0.22 euro.
How much the delivery?

My supplier, here in Italy, has a "forfait" price of of 220 euro for 0 to 2000 cm2,  or 250 euro for 2500 cm2, including film plotting, for dual sided FR4 1.6 mm, dual 35 micron copper, silk screen, test and lead-free finish, with 3-5 working days delivery. This means that unit cost is 0.11 - 0.10 euro per cm2 (it's obvious that the quantity is higher but, if there are no serious mistakes, I usually can sell a first run of prototypes...)

They have also a cheaper service, but it's "single use": the second time you have to pay again for plots.

A friend tells me that there are even cheaper suppliers, but I prefer to refer to mine: they are about 15 km from me, and if there is a problem, it can be easily solved, face to face.

I think Gold Phoenix should be cheaper for a Double sided panel
