Looking for a 10k POT

As the title. So I fix a broken solder joint on a speaker jack for one of a pair of speakers. Put the thing back together and suddenly the dumb power switch is loose. Not a bad solder joint this time. So, after doing some searching, I cant find a good replacement, so this is where you come in. Does anyone know where I can find the 10k version of the POT in the picture or something extremely similiar? The pins have to be in the same location.

Preferably not 50pcs, I only need one. Plus the knob part is actually like the knob in this picture:

Basically with a flat edge.
So, anyone know anything? If I cant find a suitable replacement, these two speakers are as good as scrap, dont care to jerry-rig something.
