I'm looking for a smd flashlight kit I can build myself but I have not been able to find anything ebay or amazon and google did not turn anything up either.

I seen a few guys on youtube a few years back that made a their flashlight like device that was more like a round rind with smd leds and they put power to them,I know the one guy made one so strong he could light up his whole backyard with ease and would most likely piss off the neighbors,I'm not looking for anything that powerful just something that I can build as a kit.

I'm looking for something that looks like this and it's fine if I have to find my own power source for it.
