Material magnetic characteristics

Hello, I have a quiction about hight freuency magnetic cores about what a differnce bitveen PC40 and ZP40 types. I looking to do a dc-dc inverter from EE55 cores that gives a small or non sharp spikes that triple a voltage jump.

ZP40 is some chinese (?) equivalent MnZn product, you can compare them:
