How do you say "holy bleep" in Russian?

It's a Chinese TSO: Transistor-Shaped Object.

I did not hear him swearing, although I did not watch the whole video,
However at 6:57 he says "...and then it will become clear from whose bum ballsack came off"

There are several variants. Some better suited for particular contexts than others.

I bet, if he goes further into the matryoshka recursion, he will eventually find a 2n7000.

I didn't really understand the meaning of publishing this video...

Everyone knows that there are a lot of fakes on Aliexpress, but I would not trust this checker either. He said that the locking resistor is 180 Ohms, but did not say what resistance the second resistor that receives the opening voltage and make voltage divider with the locking resistor.  This is small enough to affect the gate voltage if the input resistor is noticeably larger than the resistance. It is likely that there is not enough voltage on the gate to fully open the transistor. And we don't know what the power supply voltage is for the gate. We need a voltmeter on the gate.

This is a frivolous check of frivolous suppliers. :)

What does matryoshka have to do with it?
And sorry for my English.

I've once found pictures of a transistor exactly the same as this in the reviews on aliexpress, was quite funny.
I have a blog at http://brimmingideas.blogspot.com/ . Now less empty than ever before !
An expert of making MOSFETs explode.

What does matryoshka have to do with it?
That's one transistor is hidden in another, just like the doll. Generally fakes are simply made with smaller die or one genuine part relabeled to mimic another. Hiding a complete packaged transistor in another transistor is something new.

I guess for the same reason you don't understand what it has to do with the doll. It's not about there being counterfeits as such. But about ridiculous internals.

Just means a few matryoshka dolls inside each other.  :)

But everyone knows that there are a lot of fakes on Aliexpress and buying serious things there is a very big risk.
In Russia, Chinese quality has become a household name. When it was very cheap, people were not afraid to lose small money.
I think most of the sellers there work during the day on building houses, laying asphalt, etc., and in the evening they collect orders and go to the local market to collect them and send them.

I don't know where the Chinese Communist party is looking or why it allows cheating.
And sorry for my English.

(улыбаясь всеми 42 зубами) Журнал «Коневодство» — традициям верны!

P.S. For those who do not read Russian. The author describes a technique for upgrading old dim LEDs: drill out the old crystal and put the SMD LED from the TV backlight there.

Ooof, are bright LEDs so hard to source in Russia, or why would you go to such extreme lengths?
I mean, props to them, if you can't get the parts you want you need to get clever  :-+

At the end of the article, the author wrote that it is advisable to do this if it is more expensive to buy new ones or it is impossible to buy them at all. Perhaps this guy in the village has a lot of old led lights and a lot of remains from broken TV sets - from unnecessary he makes the right one. In an era of insatiable consumption, this seems ridiculous. But this is a kind of creativity and entertainment. Skills to find solutions, act outside the box, and so on. This is called savvy in Russia (I don't know - I found the right word for translation in the dictionary). I liked the article, I'll never need it, apparently, but it's funny.  :)

I would like to add that restorers may need it.
And sorry for my English.

We still retain the skill to live if the Internet is turned off. Just in case.  :)
