Metex request

Hi everyone!
Can someone provide some service manual of the multimeter Metex m4650cr? I have one malfunctioned unit and I would like to repair it. If anybody is interested there (https://www.eevblog.com/forum/repair/metex-m-4650cr-multimeter-repair/) is a thread on the thing. One of the resistor in input circuitry seems to be blown and probably will need replacement. The schematic I found does not show the values of components so I need some proper service manual.

Just writing a reply to move this thread up in the list. Sorry for such an injustice but I really need the service manual or at least some good schematic. Could someone at least tell me where to try to find one? Thanks a lot.

Unfortunately, this schematic does not show the values of components which are critical for my purpose. This part is widely spread around the internet (I have found it too) but the second part which would tell what value each component is seems to be unavailable.
