Simpson 374. It is well damped. Given the meter chamber is a seperate chamber and gasketed. I presume it uses a vane opposing the air in the chamber.
No adjustments. It agrees at fullscale and 1/2 scale with my Agilent 1252A and my still in calibration USA Fluke 27FM (Ends this month, of my). These are my inhouse references.
There are no adjustments other than the pointer zero.
It looks like it was made specially for labs and academic institutions where it was expected the user would know it is to be used on its back (4 bumps/feet).
The damping and "Shorting" function is nice to have for checking leakage on my capacitor leakage tester. I am sure there are other uses for taking the meter out of the ckt without rewiring.
Very small footprint 78mm X 150mm.
Found nothing about it using Google. Even Simpson260 has no info.
