LinkedIn is better :bullshit: on the app

Don’t have the app? Get it in the Microsoft Store.
Thought I'd take a look and read the reviews to see if that is right.

Am I missing something?
How do I sort least helpful?

Just three reviews:

Dark Mode
There is a dark mode option on LinkedIn but it only works on main page and setting page, once you click on LinkedIn Learning, the app is back to light mode, what is the point of providing an half-baked dark mode. Just app everything about the app dark or light mode

Poor
Just a wrapper of the website and its really slow compared to using the browser, scrolling etc. So its pretty pointless to use this.

31 ratings and only 3 feedback from 2012.
What happened? There must have been much more than that.
I wonder did they purged the reviews at some point?
Looks dodgy to me and I did try Archive but doesn't seem load earlier copies of the page from 2023.

I can't see how to filter it by rating or how many rated by star or sort by least helpful.

Oh look:

So they have limited/obscured it from sorting least helpful.

What do you think?

In every product review portal I have come across, a "helpful review" is one where readers deemed the review helpful -- not one which states that the reviewed product or app is helpful. Why would you be interested in the "least helpful reviews"?

"Most negative" is not the same as "least helpful".  "Helpful" != star rating.

Generally "helpful" relies on people rating the ratings, but I don't know how they're doing it here.

Not to say they're not doing dodgy stuff however :)

Thank you for pointing that out. I see, so it is not the same in that respect as most negative and so that'd be the votes from other users on a said comment that determines whether it is it helpful or not.

Like with anything like that I'd still like to see the negative too with understanding that yes it could just be nonsense but if enough people say one thing whether their comment was voted on or not then that might be helpful for me to observe.

I am still skeptical. It would be great to know how many people voted "thumbs up" for a said review to be deemed as "most helpful" but I don't see any.

In this case a review that was deemed "most helpful" had no comment in it or indication how many votes that justifies it to the top.
