Senator Arnold is Austria born, certainly different accent as Dave's, so Austria <> Australia.

This is what can happen to anyone who provides redirection services or parallel hosting like torrents.  The only thing individuals can do is join an activist group like EFF.org to insure more of your freedoms won't be taken away.
