MOSFET driver with internal charge pump and higher bootstrap supply voltage

ISL2110
- 100V, 3A/4A Peak, High Frequency Half-Bridge Drivers
- Max Bootstrap Supply Voltage: 114V

I'm looking for a high-side power MOSFET driver with internal charge pump for DC operation.
Please share if you know any similar driver with higher bootstrap supply voltage than the ISL2110 above.
