i am planing to buy new multimeter hioki dt4282 what you guys think about dt4282,... i am ECE engineering.. student.. i am using uni-t ut139c

As an electrical engineering student I don't think you need to spend that much money (29000 INR = $410 USD) on a multimeter.

Clean the rotary switch contacts and the corresponding PCB traces with isopropyl alcohol and it'll be as good as new.
