Title: Mystery chip; what is it?
Post by: Smidge204 on February 02, 2017, 01:46:33 pm
I've been sifting through a big bin of random ICs that's been collecting dust for years, and found these guys;  "TM-66S"

I have not been able to identify them. none of the usual part cross-reference/datasheet sites have anything that even seems plausible. The part number is too vague and there doesn't seem to be a manufacturer mark (unless it's the very plain "F"?). The only lead I have is they were mixed in with a bunch of 7400-series logic chips but that doesn't necessarily mean anything either... and I'm fairly certain it's not Pokemon related (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Payback_%28move%29).

Would anyone have a clue what it might be, or have some tips for searching?

The F is Fairchild
the middle line looks like a date code for 35th week 1977.
