The INSANE Precision of The National Institute of Standards and Technology

Just look at the size/area of that measurement table.  Any object within can be measured down to every ~10nm.  It is so precise that just a 1/1000th of a degree change in room temperature will throw off your measurement.  Even ambient light will effect the final results.
