Need Help Identifing a Part

Can anyone assist in identifying this part. I have an idea what it is, but can not be sure. I think it may be a magnetic or reed like relay. Thanks in advance.

It looks like a frequency-determining component. Depending on the frequency, it could be a quartz crystal, SAW filter, or something similar.
What are the numbers on the unit? I can't quite make them out.

I think he is right. I thought I saw contacts on the bottom section, but the top section doesn't fit them properly, so they're not. (And the more I squint at it, the more I think there might not even be top and bottom sections. Bit blurry...)

Sorry guys, I was in a hurry and used my cell phone. Here is a shot from one of my USB microscopes. This even helps me, now I can see the MFG.
