Need help in translating the Chinese label at the transformer on decoding the wires color, also the text on the left side too, and I assume the number R40W means 40 Watts ?

Attached photos below.

Primary wires are

1. Yellow
2. Red
3. Yellow with green stripe
4. Blue
5. White

Secondary :

1. 2 x White
2. 1 x Green
3. 2 x Blue
4. 2 x Yellow

The 1 Green + 2 Blue wires I assume its the 18V/0.3A dual windings with center tap, CMIIW.

My mains is 220 VAC, and the primary side has 2 X 110V windings, so both need to be connected in series, but what is the correct connection ?

Thanks in advance.

The left column on the label, top to bottom, says:
Red
Yellow
Blue
White

The right column on the label, top to bottom, says:
Blue
Green
Blue
Yellow
Yellow
White
White

R40W is a type number, not a power rating.

Thanks, so the Yellow with Green stripe wire at primary side is the ground/chassis wire ? (As pointed by the red arrow I added to the 1st photo)

The character pointed at by the red arrow can mean patterned, so I assume it refers to the striped wire.

Multimeter should be able to quickly confirm if that wire is attached to the chassis mount.

Thanks for all helps and aids on this, as I'm on travel, I will report once I sit down with it, and 1st thing to do is to measure the chasis line.

Again, thank you all.  :-+
