| Need help to identify a transistor Texas Instrument |
| (1/1) |
| Andbro:
Hi, I found nothing about this part. Do you can help me please ? |
| SeanB:
House coded part, so pretty hard to identify. Likely though it is a bipolar transistor, as TI was a big producer of them in the 1970's, so you just check NPN or PNP, with the pins being, left to right, base collector emitter as most common. Gain probably around the 30 to 110 mark, and current likely around 5A, voltage rating anything from 30V to 200V, common in the TI range. Getting a replacement is going to need more information, machine it is in, and some idea of the voltages there. Could also be a darlington, with gain from 100 to 1000, and there are a few SCR and TRIAC models in the same package style. |
