Help me identify this tactile switch, please

Here are some pics, bottom line the height of the button is ~25mm or 1", switch is 12x12mm square.
Checked the usual places an all I could find were 12mm max height.

To me it looks like a switch with no more than 2mm button with a custom made extension attached to the switch.
Edit: It seems I was wrong. The extension caps are usually bigger in diameter. And the friendly Chinese has such long tactile switches.

You were right actually.
The switch is just plain unremarkable one with square 3mm button:
Then there is an extension 8x21mm :
I don't really care if it's the same switch all I care are dimmensions 12x12x25mm (the height is crucial ).

The “extension” is a keycap. You might have better luck searching for that term.
If it’s just a one-off replacement, just keep the keycap and replace the switch. Check drawings carefully as the square shaft dimensions can vary.
