New Battery Recharge Idea - Tank Up on Electrolyte?

Anyone know anything about this idea?

Rather than re-charge your EV battery pack, just swap out the reactants.

Oh gosh, I hate websites like that with lots of fancy marketing and no information. Does it work? Is it practical? Who knows. It doesn't seem like I am going to find out from that website.

Do we have battery chemistries that don't modify the electrodes?  If this is a problem I guess they too could be hot-swappable, but then you are basically replacing the entire battery anyway.

Flow batteries are real, but really haven't been proven commercially.  The first, large installations are going in now.  These guys look like they're all show, no go.

Flow batteries. Basically, the energy is entirely stored in the electrolyte.  So sucking out the used electrolytic fluid and replacing it with new, recharged fluid is feasible (but is it economical?)
