News: First graphene semiconductor...
« on: January 13, 2024, 06:07:31 am »
At least it is a real graphene substrate, not like those BS battery/supercapacitor tech which just has graphene flakes/powder added to the dielectric.

I give it at least decade before we see if first used in the analog RF high GHz applications where you can save the most amount of power with at the power amplifier stages like in WiFi, then the first logic ICs, probably a high frequency low power device CPUs.

Yep, seen that. Looks like a potential "breakthrough", just not sure how/if it's going to make it to large-scale manufacturing at reasonable costs, even 10 years from now. We'll see.
