Numerous Output voltages from one battery Pack?

Has anyone reviewed or performed a teardown of this Li-Ion Battery Pack.

I am curious how the output plug knows how much voltage to supply to the load.

The USB-C Standard includes a protocol to negotiate the output voltage / power. The device tells the power bank what it wants. Otherwise it will probably fall back to older standards and supply the 5V / 100mA minimum.
