Title: One for the Aussies; Electronex

G'day all,

One of the tradesmen at work today mentioned an electronics show on in Sydney in early September- Electronex. He's talking to our managers to see about a few people from our section going along- Are any of the EEVBlog crowd planning to attend? I probably won't get to attend (3rd year apprentice= low on pecking order :P), but on the off chance that I can make it, I'd like to meet a few of you folk, given the chance.

I missed out, and so did everyone else in our department, I think. I had TAFE, and there's a crazy amount of work on. It just got forgotten! How was it?

Ran into quite a few people today!

I was hoping to get some good footage of the event, but I ended up spending all my time yapping away to people instead of filming, but I do have some stuff I'll upload.

maybe you can show us some of your meets, it must be a rare thing for a forum user to meet it's creator and growingly famous engineer
