So I was looking for a book on op amps and this title came up frequently in my searches.
Seems the 5th ed. was just released a few weeks ago. Page count seems to have jumped back up again (from the 4th ed.).
According to the publisher's site (https://www.elsevier.com/books/op-amps-for-everyone/carter/978-0-12-811648-7), it "includes new coverage of negative regulation techniques and op amp stability, negative regulation techniques, extended electronics theory and troubleshooting."
No idea how it compares to the freely available PDF, but thought it was worth the mention - especially if you prefer a physical book over a digital copy.

What are negative regulation techniques? :o :-//

It says "Negative Voltage Regulation"
I used the IC Op-Amp Cookbook for years, and Active-filter Cookbook.
Op-Amp Applications by Walt Jung is very good.

I have a printed copy of the original book (still in TI yellow and blue cover) and I find it pretty good and practical. I would love to take a look at this edition and see what changed, but unfortunately bookstores don't exist anymore... :(

*sigh*
True.
