Yes, it's possible to go even higher, but then you end up having to turn the knob a whole lot for a usable volume adjustment.

The power out control on my ham radio linear amplifier is labelled 0-11 but nobody around here got the joke. So, version 2 of the front panel changed the label from RF POWER to MEGATHROBS which does get noticed once in a while. The biggest problem was getting the numbers spaced correctly around the dial because most switches and controls are either 0-10 or 0-12, I ended up using a 0-12 dial label, erasing the 12 and then rotating the image by 15 degrees.
