Title: Phase-shift transformer types single core vs double core
Post by: nForce on August 14, 2018, 04:00:18 pm
I have a question regarding phase-shift transformers or sometimes called quadrature booster.

What is the difference between single core and double core phase shift transformer? On the web there is so little literature about this.

I have some phase shift transformers, from corning I believe. I would like to more know about them too.

Mine are little black potted boxes that specify phase angle and stuff on them, like cos/sin outputs. I thought it was maybe a potted TLC network.
