I actually like the docenal system a lot. We would have 20 docenal hours a day, 10 inches would be 1 foot (and the metric system wouldn't have to be invented), ounces would work right, six packs would make more sense in my mind, and more importantly, I can express 2/3 in docenal (as opposed to decimal) without rounding.

we should all switch to hexadecimal notation

Actually, I think docenal to hexadecimal is easier than decimal to hexadecimal.
