Pixy Dust ? Screen Pixels ?? Arghhh...
« on: April 19, 2019, 11:46:25 am »
I'm totally 'O.C.D.'  when it comes to a 'speck' of dust or what ever, on my Screen(s) !!!!
Mainly because I work with often 'very' detailed & accurate graphics/design. I can't tell
you how many times I have tried to edit out / clone / repaint a specific SPOT on my screens
that I 'think' is within the 'graphics', but is just a minute speck of SHIT on my screen !!   :scared:

Mind you, with ALL the Laptops I've ever played with, (and being so 'fussy' this way), I've NEVER
yet seen one that has the ubiquitous 'failed' pixel in the 'screen' itself ?  That would drive me NUTS !!
I guess I've just been lucky...
Years ago... my less-informed brother, said he hasn't seen that either!!!... sigh... although the
screens he was using then were the old CRT monitors..........  I gave up explaining !  8)

My 'SmartPhone' screen is equally always Spotless !! As I can rub/clean it all I want without any fear of
'scratches', since it has a $50 coating/layer that makes 'Gorilla-Glass' look like tacky jelly !!!   ;D
My missus's phone screen looks like a used dinner-plate before it is washed !!!!  sigh....
Diagonal of 1x1 square = Root-2. Ok.
Diagonal of 1x1x1 cube = Root-3 !!!  Beautiful !!
