Pomona Oscilloscope probes

Now that I converted my Rigol to 100 MHz, I need to get 100 MHz probes, since the current ones I have are 60 MHz.

Are the Pomona Oscilloscope probes good quality ?

Please give me some advice.

I thought the ones that came with the Rigol were up to 150Mhz bandwidth at 10x.

I don't have the originals anymore, so that's why I need to get new ones

They're probably better than the cheap probes that you can get for $20 or so. Agilent/Lecroy/Tektronix make good probes, PMK are pretty close, and a long way down are other brands like Probemaster. It's hard to really test probes without a clean, high-amplitude edge (eg. a clean 100V square wave with a rise time < 350ps), and signals with a high output impedance to test loading. For 100MHz, it's probably not too critical.

Pomona was indeed bought by Fluke, but the probes that Fluke ship with their ScopeMeters are actually made by PMK, and not by either Pomona or Fluke.
