Tek Parts ??

I have been doing some research on mod kits for the Tek 2213,2215 scopes .. But I having some problems with custom made parts . Is there anyway to test the original part in order to find a replacement??  Also listed in the kit is a Diode-resistor network which I have the tek part number but information on the part and could may someone open theirs up and help or provide more information???


The parts
Tek part# 151-0852-00. Transistor
Mfg part# SJE6447

Tek part# 119-3511-00.  Diode-resistor network
Found nothing.

The transistor appears to be NPN silicon 100V 6 amp.
