| Power adapter "connector" name? |
| (1/1) |

Hello, I'm looking for something like https://www.voltacharger.com/products/giga-extension-adapter?variant=44108821692728, is there any name for that kind of connector for US foldable plug? Is it possible to get only connector to the charger side? Is there any other brand doing such a cord? It's used on all kind of brands like volta above, unitek (https://www.mbreviews.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/unitek-66w-gan-charger-1.jpg and https://www.mbreviews.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/unitek-66w-gan-charger-2.jpg), hyperjuice (https://zitseng.com/uploads/2020/03/DSC04132-1536x1024.jpg) and others. Got plenty of those chargers and sometimes it's useful to plug it over extension cord than directly to the wall. |

How can you ever do any business with that web site. Things keep popping up. There is no end to that. I would not do even $0.02 worth of business with them. They don't want it. If they did, they would have a decent web site. As far as I can see, that is nothing but a straight power cord, with standard connectors on both ends. You need to look at electric/electronic catalogs to find the connectors. But I suspect that you would wind up paying as much or more that way because the price I saw under the pop-ups was quite reasonable. |

EPAIII, I think you need to take a closer look at the cord in question. OP is after the special socket that snaps onto the folded in US plug on a wall wart. That is anything but a “standard connector”. They’re not asking about the standard AC plug that goes into the wall. As for the websites: OP isn’t asking about buying on those sites. It’s just where they found examples of the type of cord they want. Not that I see any issues with pop ups as you describe. |
