I wonder if car inspections in the future will feature EM test chambers.
That is already the case for the design.
 I visited KemaKeur (now Dekra) around 2009 or so and there were four Lotus sportscars lined up to be tested in the EMC chamber.

Consumer equipment is typically 3 V/m, with industrial equipment at 10 V/m.

Automotive levels are much higher. IIRC up to 75V/m.
There are small lies, big lies and then there is what is on the screen of your oscilloscope.
