Obligatory reminder to use a different password for every site that you care about.  A password manager can help with this.

I wonder how much such a Database may be worth to shady Characters.  :-//

They wont know until they look.  Chances are, they are looking for credit card info, and you might have given it to the company when you ordered anything (including repair service and the likes) from them and they might have saved it.
