Questions about firmware-based TPMs

Hello.
1. Does AMD PSP have the similar function to Intel TXT, which can act like a TPM?
2. Where do they store passwords, in CPU or on motherboard?
3. Where to find AMD CPUs with PSP enabled? I cannot find a place like Intel ARK.
