What do those have to do with anything? They’re big environmentally sealed USB connectors (i.e. a regular USB port with a large circular shell around them), not the actual 4-pin lemo connector shown by OP.

"Finding Lemo" :D

I agree with others that this isn't a DIN. Just get the plug and put it on a USB cable yourself. Note that the Chinese have compatible connectors too, at a fraction of the price but nearly the same quality:

Ogitek:
There are thousands of LEMO connectors. I'm selecting one that will work. Their outside diameter range from 1.4 to 5.2 mm (about 0.055" to 0.2"). What is the outside diameter must I choose for a USB cable?  What is the best quality USB cable with the PC adapter side already assembled? I just want to solder the LEMO side and not the other side too.

amyk:
Measure the dimensions of the plug on your equipment.

Note that besides the anonymous Chinese companies aforementioned, ODU and Tensility are also brands that claim to have Lemo-compatible connectors. In fact I found the manual you got those images from, and it uses ODU's name for the connector, despite clearly showing a Lemo in the image, so that is very likely to work too.
