aye I did think it was a joke and I spent a good 10 minutes going through the pictures laughing but the reason I laughed at most of it is cause I've seen them as "genuine" repairs
and this picture is reminiscent of things I have seen far too many times http://thereifixedit.failblog.org/2011/11/07/white-trash-repairs-were-upgrading-our-tubes-it-may-take-a-while/

but yeah it's going on my list of time killer websites !

Reminds me of the Mythbusters where some "country folk" replaced a old style automotive fuse in a pickup with a .22 round.  "Louk itss aah perfekt fit Doug"

The rest of trip apparently went like this: Ignition! "hee-haa" BANG! "my leg!"

The screw driver is the most common object that always gets burned or melted by touching the hot or high voltage terminals.  I have heard of more stories of near electrocution experiences with screwdrivers than other tools.
