Hello from Poland . My name is Maciej Marosz I'm 34 ( Inventor & engineer )

that is able compare Airplane/rocket speed directly to light speed  ( system work only in one direction )

I'm looking contacts with people who are able build and test prototype
Universities, Companies ... amatores with passion

I'm very open for cooperation ( My first test I made in 2012 ) I used Nikon Camera
I hope we will be able start nternational team - we can ask about support
Cannon or Nickon or Pentax ... exist also possible to ask about money for reasearch from EU

The same tool and the same idea
 can be use as a very precission GPS system ( around earth exist 6 constant motions
( earth around sun 30 km/s ... earth and Sun 220 km/s ....-- to precision  Gps system we need only three constant  + astronomy time algorytme)

1) Flickering light + rolling shutter camera = moving flicker on the screen
2) ??
